About Me

I’m Tiffonia Noussi, founder of EngageTN and a Fractional Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) with 20+ years of global HR leadership experience. I’ve led HR for Fortune 50 and 500 companies, high-growth teams, and now support first-time PE-backed and other growth-stage businesses that are scaling quickly but lack the right people systems.
